Key to the seamless and efficient running of the floor is the position of the Server Assistant/ Caesar Maker; their role is to support the Server teams including running orders, clearing tables, setting mise en place and keeping one step ahead to create a seamless service for all guests. Key to their role, is preparing our renowned caesar salads table side while creating a memorable experience for guests. The Server Assistant is both knowledgeable and passionate about all food and beverage items in the restaurant. Ideally, the role of Server Assistant/ Ceasar Maker is a step towards becoming a Server.
- 2 years experience in a high end restaurant environment, preferably a steakhouse restaurant
- Role requires heavy lifting of food trays
