Sales & Events Manager (Buca)

Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full-time

We are looking for a well versed, seasoned sales professional with the ability to develop new business and provide event management and execution. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similiar role.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Work with every client to provide immpeccable event execution from start to finish

Create & develop Menu Offerings /Pre - Fixe Menu Options

Facilitate site-visits & food tasting when requested

Attend finalized events whenever possible to ensure that all requests are accommodated to the best of our ability

Report on event revenue – monthly & year to date

Modify contracts as needed, and process all event deposits in a timely fashion

Organize any and all rentals that are required for on-site events

Design and print personalized menus for each event

Accommodate to the best of our ability guest requests for additional items – florals, decorations, specialty cocktails, etc.


Visit off-site location to ensure that service team is updated on details of the event

Arrange Set Menu & Beverage options with guests and our in-house teamOrganize staffing (when applicable) for off-site events

Establish transportation as needed for all members of the BUCA team that will be in attendance of the event

Ensure that management at all involved locations are aware of any upcoming events and the role that their venue will play in the event

Attend off-site events and act as a point of contact during the evening for any feedback or questions wherever possible


The ideal candidate will have an existing database with the ability to further develop new business.
