Buca, is searching for a dynamic, creative and inspired Pastry Cook to join the team of passionate culinary professionals.
The Pastry Cook's responsibilities include:
- Execute creative vision and deliver flawless production of pastries
- Ensure pastry offering is consistent and made according to the specs as developed by/ with the Executive Pastry Chef/ Chef Director
- Uphold and represent the ethos of Buca where food quality is world class and is delivered to this standard consistently, without compromise.
- Work with the Chef and BOH team to ensure accurate and thorough completion of inventory.
- Additional responsibilities to be added as role evolves
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar environment, specificially in Italian bakery/ pastry production, have a mad passion for Italian pastry and cuisine and be able to work independently.
