Executive Pastry Chef

The Executive Pastry Chef will represent the ethos of Buca, by upholding sincerity in every dish and evoking memorable experiences through their creations.

The position will incorporate the responsibility to oversee commissary and the upcoming growth within pastry for Buca Concepts.

-Ensures ordering, inventory and receiving practises are maintained

-Ensures all relevant reporting and menu development responsibilities are met

 

Key Requirements

 

-Minimum 5 years experience in pastry creation/development

-Experience in executing pastry for fine dining and Italian concepts is an asset

-Disciplined and dedicated approach to culinary skills
