Jamie’s Italian, Jamie Oliver’s collection of Italian inspired restaurants,  is looking for a  seasoned and enthusiastic restaurant manager to add to its existing roster of restaurant professionals. 

Successful candidates are high achievers eager to help Jamie’s Italian realize its mission of bringing world class Italian food to the people of Canada.

As an integral member of the Jamie’s Italian management team, the individuals chosen to join our team will be focused on delivering on three key objectives:

1. Ensuring that every customer has a fantastic experience

2. Managing the restaurant so that it keeps the highest standards and is efficient and profitable

3. Ensuring the safety and well being of all staff and customers.


The Service Manager leads and trains the Serving team (Servers, Bussers) to exceed our customer’s expectations of service and hospitality. The Service Manager conveys a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu, all ingredients and is an ambassador for the Jamie’s Italian brand, and inspires the team through their passion towards hospitality.


  • Previous management experience within the hospitality industry
  • Experience in high end, high volume restaurant environments
  • Self starter, flexible, and able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast paced environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management and/or equivalent an asset
