The Pastry Chef will represent the ethos of Buca, by upholding sincerity in every dish and evoking memorable experiences through their creations.

Location: Buca Osteria & Bar in Yorkville

-Ensures ordering, inventory and receiving practises are maintained

-Ensures all relevant reporting and menu development responsibilities are met 

Key Requirements

-Minimum 5 years experience in pastry creation/development

-Experience in executing pastry for fine dining and Italian concepts is an asset

-Disciplined and dedicated approach to culinary skills
