Procurement Manager

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing the overall purchasing process for all food, beverage and small ware purchases across all KSFC restaurants.

The position will support Operations Mgmt./KSFC Finance and Project Manager to cultivate supplier relationships and continued product supply/ flow to the restaurants. The focus of this role is to source the best possible product while establishing preferred pricing.

This position will also actively prioritize and manage the following key responsibilities:

  • Recommends and manages purchasing process - ability to create streamlined purchasing solutions
  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
  • Sources and on-boards new vendors /suppliers to meet the needs of the business
  • Measures supplier performance and relevance due to seasonality and or budget guidelines
  • Manages warranties and all product information/ how to use information on all equipment purchases
  • Negotiates purchase prices and establishes exclusive pricing and or partnerships with vendors/suppliers
  • Drives purchase cost savings initiatives to consistently improve restaurant profitability
  • Acts as point of contact with all vendors /suppliers to resolve issues impacting delivery/credits/inconsistent product
  • Ability to coordinate complex purchases and required lead times


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration /Procurement Management
  • Strong analytical /accounting skills
  • Established suppler relationships and negotiation skillset
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Team player with strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Category specific purchasing experience preferred
  • Hospitality / Food and Beverage / Restaurant purchasing experience is an asset
