Restaurant Manager (Bar Buca)

Bar Buca is hiring FOH Managers to join our team of culinary professionals.

Our Managers are an integral part to managing service, training and developing staff, supporting administrative duties and overall guest experience.

Providing exceptional service that Bar Buca is known for, the successful candidate(s) will have a strong working knowledge of italian food/wine/cocktails and coffee, as well as at least 2 years experience in a comparible restaurant environment. He/she will help motivate and inspire the team by leading by example, faithfully executing the steps of service and living the company values.

-2 years previous progressive management experience within the hospitality industry

-Experience in comparible restaurant environments

-Strong knowledge of wine, preferrably a recognized sommelier certificate

-Self starter, flexible, and able to work independently

-Ability to multi-task, and change priorities constantly as needed in a fast paced environment

-Strong business acumen

-Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Exceptional organizational skills

-Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management and/or    equivalent an asset
